The MEMS base resonator provides inherent vibration and shock immunity compared to quartz crystals, making this part a drop-in replacement for standard 133 MHz XOs in harsh-environment designs.
This enables battery-powered or energy-harvesting systems to preserve charge during idle periods. The standby pin is active-low; pulling it to ground places the oscillator into its low-power state. Output transitions back to valid frequency within the start-up time specified in the datasheet.
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead exposed pad package measuring 0.276" L × 0.197" W (7.00 mm × 5.00 mm) with a seated height of 0.035" (0.90 mm). The exposed pad aids thermal dissipation when soldered to a ground plane.
