125 MHz MEMS XO with AEC-Q100 qualification
AEC-Q100 rated, this part is qualified for automotive environments — suitable for engine control units, ADAS sensor hubs, and infotainment modules where a quartz crystal's shock or temperature drift would be a reliability risk. Operating from a single 1.8V to 3.3V supply, it covers the common core and I/O voltage rails without a separate regulator, simplifying the power tree.
Standby power-down and supply current
A Standby (Power Down) function drops the supply current to 15 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low — useful for battery-backed or ignition-switched modules that must preserve the quiescent budget during sleep. Active supply current is 8.7 mA max at 125 MHz, a reasonable draw for a high-frequency clock source in a 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm 4-SMD package with exposed pad for thermal relief.
The MEMS resonator construction gives it better shock and vibration immunity than a quartz crystal — a practical advantage for automotive and industrial panels where board flex or mechanical stress can pull a quartz oscillator off frequency.
