Product details

74.25 MHz MEMS oscillator — what it replaces

The DSC1001AI2-074.2500T: This is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that generates a 74.25 MHz CMOS clock — a frequency used in video timing (1080p/60 Hz), Ethernet reference clocks, and FPGA/SoC core clocks. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz-crystal startup and aging drift that plagues traditional oscillators in thermal cycling.

Supply voltage range and standby mode

Operates from 1.8V to 3.3V supply, covering 1.8V core rails and 3.3V I/O banks without a level translator.

7.00 mm x 5.00 mm 4-SMD with an exposed pad — the pad needs a thermal via array to the ground plane for heat sinking.

Frequently asked questions

Does DSC1001AI2-074.2500T have an enable/disable pin?

Yes — the function is listed as Standby (Power Down). When the enable pin is pulled low (or high, depending on the logic defined in the datasheet), the output goes high-impedance and the supply current drops to 15 µA max.
