Automotive-grade MEMS oscillator for 51.8 MHz clock trees
Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so the same part can serve 1.8V FPGA banks, 2.5V PHY interfaces, or 3.3V MCU clock inputs without a level translator.
Active current is 7.2 mA max, typical for a 51.8 MHz CMOS oscillator at 3.3V; the standby current is over 400× lower, so the part can be left powered on a shared rail and disabled by a GPIO.
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm.
