50 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
AEC-Q100 qualification means this oscillator has passed automotive-grade reliability stress — temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up — making it suitable for engine-bay or cabin electronics where a standard commercial oscillator would drift or fail. Supply voltage spans 1.8V to 3.3V, so it can be dropped into a 1.8V-core SoC or a 3.3V peripheral bus without an extra regulator.
Standby function and power budget
A standby (power-down) function disables the output and drops current consumption to 15 µA max — useful for battery-powered modules that need to wake the clock tree only during active data transmission. In active mode the device draws 7.2 mA max, which keeps the thermal contribution low in a dense automotive ECU or a compact sensor module.
Package and mounting footprint
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — the same 7x5 mm footprint used by many quartz oscillators, so the PCB layout can often be shared.
Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
