40.32 MHz MEMS clock with automotive-grade reliability
Rated AEC-Q100, this part is qualified for automotive applications where thermal cycling and vibration are routine — think engine control modules, transmission controllers, or ADAS sensor interfaces. The standby (power-down) function drops supply current to 15 µA max, making it suitable for battery-backed real-time clocks or modules that wake periodically from sleep.
Supply voltage flexibility and power budget
Operating from 1.8V to 3.3V, the oscillator can be powered directly from the same rail as a 1.8V MCU or a 3.3V FPGA bank without an extra regulator. Maximum active current is 7.2 mA — a modest draw that keeps the thermal contribution low in a sealed 4-SMD package.
Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR), it is ready for automated pick-and-place lines without a feeder change.
