Automotive-grade MEMS clock source
AEC-Q100 qualification means this part has passed the automotive-grade reliability stress tests — temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up — required for under-hood and cabin ECU clocking. The MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal, which matters in engine-bay and chassis-mounted modules.
Supply voltage and power-down flexibility
The supply voltage range spans 1.8V to 3.3V, covering the common digital rails for MCUs, SoCs, and FPGAs without needing a separate LDO. Maximum supply current is 7.2 mA. A Standby (Power Down) function drops the disable current to 15 µA max — useful for battery-backed or ignition-off sleep modes where every microamp counts.
Package and mounting for production
Housed in a 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; no special handling beyond normal MSL precautions.
