Supply range and standby power for battery-backed nodes
Operating from any rail between 1.8V and 3.3V, the oscillator draws 6.3 mA max when active and drops to 15 µA max in standby (power-down) mode — the standby current is low enough that a coin cell can hold the clock tree alive during vehicle sleep.
Surface-mount footprint and tape-and-reel delivery
Housed in a 4-SMD, no-lead exposed-pad package measuring 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, it ships on Tape & Reel (TR) — the exposed pad aids thermal conduction to the PCB ground plane, which matters when the oscillator sits near a hot processor.
