The DSC1001AE2-080.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a fixed 80 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range. It accepts a wide supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.3V, making it compatible with both 1.8V and 3.3V logic domains without an external level shifter.
Standby function and low-power operation
When active, the oscillator draws a maximum of 8.7 mA, which is modest for an 80 MHz clock source and keeps the thermal load low in a small 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm SMD package.
