25 MHz CMOS clock with standby function
Outputs a 25 MHz CMOS-level clock — the most common frequency for MCU, FPGA, and Ethernet PHY reference clocks. The CMOS output eliminates the need for external termination resistors that LVDS or HCSL require.
Wide supply range, small footprint
Accepts any rail from 1.8 V to 3.3 V — one oscillator BOM line covers 1.8 V, 2.5 V, and 3.3 V logic domains without a separate voltage translator. 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm 4-SMD package with no-lead exposed pad.
Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) — compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly. The 4-SMD package is Pb-free and RoHS compliant per Microchip's standard termination finish.
