The Microchip AT32UC3L0128-D3HT is a 32-bit single-core MCU from the AVR®32 UC3 L series, clocked at 50 MHz. The 48-TLLGA package (5.5x5.5 mm) with exposed pad is sized for space-constrained or low-profile board designs where a QFP would take up more real estate.
