The A3PN060-VQG100I is a Microchip Technology ProASIC3 nano FPGA in a 100-VQFP (14x14 mm) package, offering 60,000 gates and 71 user I/O. On-chip block RAM totals 18,432 bits, sufficient for small FIFOs, look-up tables, or configuration registers in glue-logic applications.
The 71 I/O are distributed around the quad flat pack, giving the layout engineer flexibility to fan out to peripheral connectors or memory devices. Supplied in a tray, the package is compatible with pick-and-place assembly and does not require moisture-sensitive-device bake times beyond the standard JEDEC floor life.
Lifecycle and compliance
It is fully RoHS3 compliant, with no exemptions that would restrict its use in EU-market or REACH-regulated designs.
