30 V reverse standoff and 10 µA leakage — the thermal trade-off
Reverse leakage is 10 µA at 30 V — typical for a Schottky in this voltage class, but the leakage doubles roughly every 10°C above 25°C, so at 125°C junction temperature the standing current through the diode can dominate the thermal budget in a high-impedance node. The -65°C to 125°C junction range covers military-temperature applications — avionics or downhole tools that see the cold end of the range still get full rated blocking voltage, though the forward drop increases slightly at low temperature.
