Product details

The minimum breakdown voltage of 52.9 V sets the clamping threshold — below that the diode starts conducting, protecting downstream circuitry. The maximum clamping voltage at peak pulse current is 70 V, with a reverse standoff of 45 V where leakage is negligible. The DO-13 package is a hermetic, through-hole metal can — preferred in military and aerospace designs where epoxy-molded packages risk moisture ingress or outgassing. No power line protection means it is intended for signal or low-voltage DC rail clamping, not AC mains.
