The 1N6343US/TR is a 62 V Zener diode in the SQ-MELF B package, rated for 500 mW continuous power dissipation. The ±5% tolerance on the Zener voltage means the actual breakdown sits between 58.9 V and 65.1 V — tight enough for most rail-clamp and reference applications in this voltage class. Reverse leakage is specified at 50 nA maximum when biased at 47 V, so the diode draws negligible current below the Zener knee. This matters in low-power bias circuits where every nanoamp counts. Maximum impedance (Zzt) is 125 Ohms at the test current — a moderate dynamic resistance that keeps the voltage regulation within a few hundred millivolts under varying load current.
