The 261V clamping voltage at Ipp gives a 1.5× margin above the 150V standoff — enough headroom for most industrial 120/240VAC secondary-side protection schemes.
Active production, DO-13 package, tape and reel
The DO-13 (DO-13) package is a standard hermetic metal can; the through-hole leads need a 0.040-inch (1.02 mm) diameter hole per IPC-7351 footprint recommendation.
The hermetic DO-13 package handles moisture and thermal cycling better than molded plastic; no MSL concern for reflow because it's through-hole — just confirm the solder pot temperature stays within the lead finish rating.
