130 V regulation in a DO-35 body
The 1N6027C is a 130 V Zener diode from Microchip Technology in a DO-35 axial-lead package, rated for 500 mW continuous power dissipation. The ±2% tolerance on the nominal Zener voltage means the breakdown sits between 127.4 V and 132.6 V at the test current — tight enough to clamp a 130 V rail without overshooting into the load's abs-max.
Leakage and temperature range
Reverse leakage is specified at 100 nA maximum when the applied voltage is 99 V — 31 V below the Zener knee. This low leakage matters in a high-impedance divider or a bias string where the diode's own draw must not shift the operating point. The operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C covers military and industrial extremes; the 175°C upper limit is the die's own capability, not a derated board-level number.
