120 V regulation with tight ±1% tolerance
The 1N6026D is a 120 V Zener diode in a DO-35 axial-lead package, rated for 500 mW continuous power dissipation. The ±1% tolerance on the nominal voltage means the regulation point stays between 118.8 V and 121.2 V across the operating range — tight enough for precision bias supplies or voltage references where a standard 5% part would drift outside the rail tolerance.
Wide temperature range and low leakage
The junction is rated from -65°C to 175°C, covering military and industrial thermal profiles without derating the power ceiling. Reverse leakage is specified at 100 nA maximum when the applied voltage is 91 V (about 76% of Vz), so the diode does not load the circuit until it enters breakdown. Maximum Zener impedance (Zzt) is 800 Ohms at the test current — this sets the dynamic resistance the downstream regulator sees when the diode is conducting. A lower Zzt would stiffen the regulation, but 800 Ohms is typical for a 120 V part at this power level.
