Temperature range and leakage floor
Operating from -65°C to 175°C, the diode covers military and industrial thermal profiles — the 175°C junction limit is the same as many MIL-STD-883 screened parts. Reverse leakage is specified at 100 nA max when the reverse voltage reaches 91 V, which is 76% of the nominal Zener voltage; this gives a clean knee for low-current bias references. Forward voltage drop is 1.1 V max at 200 mA forward current — useful if the diode is occasionally forward-biased in a protection network, though the primary duty is reverse breakdown.
The DO-35 axial package is a standard through-hole format, bulk packed, so the part is straightforward to insert in legacy or new designs without a board spin.
