33 V zener with 500 mW rating in DO-35
The 1N6012B/TR is a 33 V zener diode rated for 500 mW continuous power dissipation in the DO-35 axial-lead package. The ±5% tolerance on the nominal zener voltage makes it a standard-grade selection for voltage clamping, shunt regulation, or reference bias in through-hole designs. Reverse leakage is specified at 100 nA maximum at 25 V reverse voltage, which is low enough for precision bias circuits where leakage current would otherwise shift the operating point.
The /TR suffix denotes Tape & Reel packaging for automated pick-and-place assembly. The DO-35 body is the same as the bulk-packaged variant; only the reel format differs.
