The LCMXO3LF-4300E-6MG121I is a Lattice MachXO3 FPGA packing 4320 logic elements and 540 LABs/CLBs in a 121-ball CSFBGA that measures 6x6 mm. With 100 user I/O and 94 Kbit of distributed RAM, it handles the glue-logic and small state-machine tasks that would otherwise eat up board space with discrete 74-series parts.
