The LCMXO2-7000HE-4BG256I: 206 I/O in a 256-ball CABGA (14x14 mm, 0.8 mm pitch) — that is a lot of pins for the footprint. The 0.8 mm pitch is rework-friendly with a decent hot-air station; no micro-via needed for fan-out on a 4-layer board.
