Active production — 6864 logic cells in a 144-TQFP body
The Lattice Semiconductor LCMXO2-7000HC-6TG144C is an active-production MachXO2 FPGA fielding 6864 logic elements in a 144-LQFP package with a 20x20 mm body (144-TQFP). The 114 user I/O, 858 LABs/CLBs, and 245760 total RAM bits place it in the mid-density tier of the MachXO2 family, suited for glue logic, bus bridging, and control-plane aggregation where a separate CPLD plus external SRAM would consume more board area.
Operating temperature is 0°C to 85°C (TJ), the commercial-grade band. RoHS3 compliant — the part is free of the ten restricted substances and carries the exemption-free status needed for EU CE-marked equipment and most global OEM BOMs.
The 144-TQFP (20x20 mm) uses a 0.5 mm pitch — standard for a four-layer board fan-out, but a two-layer board will struggle to route all 114 I/O without via stitching. The exposed pad (if present on the package) is tied to ground and improves thermal conduction to the PCB copper plane. Supplied in a Tray — the typical carrier for volume pick-and-place in production. The tray is JEDEC-standard and nests into most feeder systems without a tape-and-reel conversion step.
Sourcing posture — active, quoted per RFQ
No official successor or second-source cross-reference is recorded — the MachXO2 family itself is the active product line. If a speed-grade or temperature-grade alternative is needed, the -4TG144C (commercial, slower) and -6TG144I (industrial, same speed) are pin-compatible drops.
