Logic density and I/O count — the BOM-fit anchors
The LCMXO2-7000HC-4FG484C packs 6864 logic cells (858 LABs/CLBs) and 245760 total RAM bits — enough to absorb a handful of 8- or 16-bit peripheral bridges, state machines, and configuration registers that would otherwise occupy a small FPGA or a cluster of discrete logic. With 334 I/O available in the 484-FBGA package, this part can fan out to a wide parallel bus or a bank of sensors; the I/O count is the first constraint to check against the board's signal list.
Package and supply — board-level constraints
Operating temperature is rated 0°C to 85°C (TJ) — commercial grade, so it is suited for indoor equipment and telecom racks but not for engine-bay or outdoor enclosure duty without active cooling.
