The Lattice LCMXO2-4000HC-4TG144C is a MachXO2 family FPGA with 4320 logic elements and 114 user I/O in a 144-TQFP package. That I/O count is the middle option in the 4000-LE tier — 10 more than the 104-I/O 132-ball caBGA variant (LCMXO2-4000HC-4MG132C), but 92 fewer than the 206-I/O 256-ball FTBGA version (LCMXO2-4000HC-4FTG256C). The 144-TQFP keeps the board cost lower than a fine-pitch BGA while still offering a dense signal breakout.
On-chip RAM and supply rails — what the 94208 bits and 2.375–3.465 V range mean for a design
The 94208 total RAM bits are distributed across embedded block RAMs — enough for small FIFO buffers, look-up tables, or coefficient storage without consuming logic cells.
The operating temperature range of 0°C to 85°C (TJ) places this variant in the commercial-grade bracket. For a control board inside a ventilated enclosure or a benchtop instrument, that is adequate — but for outdoor telecom cabinets or under-hood automotive, the industrial-grade (-40°C to 100°C) MachXO2 parts are the correct choice.
