2112 logic cells, 104 I/O in a 132-ball CSPBGA
The LCMXO2-2000HC-4MG132C is a Lattice MachXO2 FPGA packing 2112 logic elements (equivalent to 264 LABs/CLBs) with 75 Kbit of distributed block RAM. The 104 user I/O break out through a 132-ball CSPBGA footprint (8x8 mm), which keeps the board area tight for glue-logic consolidation or I/O expansion on a mixed-signal board.
Supply rails and temperature grade
Core and I/O share a single supply range of 2.375 V to 3.465 V — no separate VCCIO rail to sequence.
