1280 LUTs — glue logic without the FPGA overhead
The Lattice LCMXO2-1200HC-6MG132C packs 1280 logic elements (LUTs) into a 132-ball CSPBGA that measures 8×8 mm — enough to absorb a board full of 74-series glue logic, address decoding, or power-up sequencing into one instant-on, non-volatile device. With 104 user I/O and 64 Kbit of embedded block RAM, it handles small FIFOs, register files, or state machines without reaching for a larger fabric.
Package and board-fit — 132-CSPBGA
The 132-ball CSPBGA (0.5 mm pitch, 8×8 mm body) is a space-saver for dense PCBs. Surface-mount only — the fine-pitch BGA demands a controlled reflow profile and X-ray inspection for voiding under the centre balls. The commercial temperature grade (0°C to 85°C junction) suits indoor equipment, control panels, and telecom line cards. For environments that see frost or engine-bay heat, step to the industrial-grade sibling in the same package.
RoHS3 compliant — no exemptions expiring. The Tray packaging is standard for volume assembly; no reel or tape premium.
