The TPSY157K010R0100: The 100 mΩ ESR (equivalent series resistance) is the parameter that governs ripple current handling and output voltage ripple in switching-regulator filter stages — a lower ESR means less self-heating and tighter transient response, but also higher inrush current at power-up.
The ±10% tolerance is the standard production band for tantalum bulk capacitance; for a 150 µF rail, the actual capacitance at 25°C falls between 135 µF and 165 µF, which is tight enough for most decoupling and hold-up budgets without oversizing the PCB pad.
