Temperature range and derating margin
Rated for -55°C to 125°C operation, the TPSX337M004R0100 covers the full industrial temperature envelope and the lower end of automotive ambient. The ±20% tolerance is standard for tantalum electrolytics; the actual capacitance at 125°C will drift higher, so the minimum capacitance at temperature still meets the decoupling target if the rail is designed for the -20% low end at 25°C.
