Parametric fit and board integration
The TPSW107M010R0150: The 150 mOhm ESR (equivalent series resistance) is the key figure for power-supply decoupling — it sets the ripple current capability and the self-heating under AC load. A lower ESR means less voltage ripple at the same ripple current, but the 150 mOhm figure is typical for a 100 µF/10 V tantalum in this case size. The W case code is standard for this capacitance and voltage combination in the TPS family. Operating from -55°C to 125°C, it covers the full industrial temperature range — suitable for environments from cold-start automotive to hot-side industrial control without derating the voltage at the upper end.
