330 µF at 150 mOhm — the ESR drives the ripple rating
The TPSE337K006R0150: The ESR is the parameter that sets the ripple current ceiling — at a given switching frequency, the I²R heating determines whether the part stays within its power dissipation limit. A 150 mOhm ESR means this cap handles moderate ripple; for a buck converter output running at 300 kHz, the ripple current rating is roughly 1.5 A RMS before the self-heating exceeds the 125°C limit. Not suitable for 12 V or higher rails.
Active lifecycle — no end-of-life signal
The product status is Active per the manufacturer record. No NRND or EOL notice is on file. This part is still a valid design-in candidate for new builds, and there is no successor to track.
Rated for -55°C to 125°C — full industrial temperature span. The molded construction means the part is compatible with standard pick-and-place and reflow soldering without special handling.
Active part, sourced through independent distribution channels. No stock-holding claim — quoted per inquiry.
