The ±20% tolerance is the norm for this class — the actual capacitance at the operating voltage and temperature will land somewhere between 176 µF and 264 µF, which is fine for bulk decoupling where the exact value is non-critical.

The molded epoxy body is mechanically robust and handles rework well: it survives a 260°C peak reflow profile per J-STD-020, and the case is marked with polarity band and capacitance code, so pin 1 is unambiguous under magnification.
At the high end, the 10 V rating should be derated to 7 V or less for reliable operation above 85°C, as tantalum capacitors lose voltage margin with temperature. The ESR also rises at cold temperatures — expect roughly 2× the 150 mOhm value at -55°C, which matters for startup into a pre-charged rail.
