The TPSE227K010R0150 is a 220 µF tantalum capacitor rated at 10 V with a 150 mOhm ESR, housed in the standard 2917 (7343 Metric) molded case. That ESR figure is the key parameter for supply-rail filtering: at 150 mOhm, the capacitor's self-heating under ripple current stays manageable, and the voltage drop during transient load steps is dominated by the ESR rather than the capacitance alone. The ±10% tolerance on the 220 µF value is tight enough for most bulk decoupling roles — the capacitance spread across temperature and DC bias will dominate the tolerance band anyway.
