Rated 47 µF at 35 V with 300 mOhm ESR. For a buck-converter output cap at 500 kHz, 300 mOhm limits the RMS ripple to roughly 0.5 A before the internal temperature rise cuts into the 2000-hour life at 125°C. The ±20% tolerance is standard for tantalum — budget for the low side when simulating the ripple voltage.
