This is a 4.7 µF molded tantalum capacitor rated for 50 VDC. The capacitance-voltage point lands it in bulk decoupling or moderate-energy storage roles — think downstream of a 48 V bus or as a hold-up cap on a 24 V rail where the transient headroom needs margin.
