Temperature range and derating discipline
Rated -55°C to 125°C operating — the full military-temperature band. At 125°C the voltage derating factor for solid tantalum is typically 50%, so the applied voltage should not exceed about 3.15 V on a 6.3 V rated part at the high end. ±10% tolerance is standard for this class; the capacitance shift over temperature is roughly +15% at -55°C and -10% at 125°C relative to the 25°C value, which is within the tolerance band for most decoupling applications.
