The TPSD227K006Y0050 is a molded tantalum capacitor from the KYOCERA AVX TPS series, delivering 220 µF capacitance with ±10% tolerance at a rated voltage of 6.3 V. At 50 mOhm, this capacitor can handle higher ripple current than a typical 100 mOhm tantalum of the same case size, which matters when the downstream load draws transient peaks from a 3.3 V or 1.8 V rail.
