150 µF, 10 V, 100 mOhm ESR — bulk decoupling in a D-case footprint
The D case size (2917 / 7343 metric) is a common footprint for bulk tantalum in DC-DC converter output stages and point-of-load filters.
The operating temperature range spans -55 to 125 °C, which covers avionics, downhole instrumentation, and engine-bay electronics. The molded case and the TPS series construction are designed to hold ESR stable across that band — a cap that reads 100 mOhm at 25 °C will stay within a predictable window at the hot end, which is what the power supply designer budgets for.
This is a production part you can design in without a last-time-buy clock.
