The TPSD107K016R0150 is a 100 µF, 16 V molded tantalum capacitor from the KYOCERA AVX TPS series, tolerance ±10%, in the 2917 (7343 Metric) case. The 150 mOhm ESR keeps ripple voltage manageable on a 16 V rail — for a 1 A load transient, expect roughly 150 mV of ripple at the capacitor terminals before the regulator loop reacts.
The molded case and surface-mount 2917 footprint make it a drop-in replacement on existing boards without a layout change.
