The TPSC476M010S0350: Rated 47 µF at 10 V with 350 mOhm ESR, this TPS-series tantalum handles the ripple current from a 10 V buck converter output or input filter stage. The ESR sets the self-heating under ripple — 350 mOhm is moderate for a 47 µF part, so the capacitor stays within its thermal budget in a typical 500 mA to 1 A DC-DC application.
At 125°C the leakage current rises, but the molded construction and TPS series rating hold the ESR stable across the band.
