What the 200 mOhm ESR means for your rail
The TPSC476M010R0200: The 200 mOhm ESR at 10 V rated sets the ripple current that the capacitor can handle before self-heating becomes a derating factor — for a buck converter output filter, the AC ripple current through the cap stays below the thermal limit, but the DC bias derating on a 10 V part at a 5 V rail is negligible; the real loss is the I²R heating from the ripple component.
