330 µF molded tantalum — bulk decoupling on a 4 V rail
The 100 mOhm ESR keeps ripple voltage low — for a 1 A load transient, expect about 100 mV of output ripple, which suits POL decoupling on a 3.3 V or 1.8 V rail where the downstream regulator has its own PSRR.
The molded case provides mechanical stability across the range; no conformal-coat derating needed at the high end.
