The TPSC225M035R1000 is a KYOCERA AVX TPS series molded tantalum capacitor, 2.2 µF ±20% tolerance, rated at 35 V. The 1 Ohm ESR is typical for a standard MnO2 tantalum at this case size.
The TPS series is a general-purpose MnO2 tantalum — no low-ESR or polymer tricks, but the wide temp range is the selling point for harsh environments.
