The TPSB476K010A0350 is a molded tantalum capacitor from KYOCERA AVX's TPS series, rated at 47 µF ±10 % with a 10 V DC voltage rating and a maximum ESR of 350 mOhm. On a 5 V rail the 10 V rating leaves only 50 % derating margin, so confirm the worst-case transient voltage stays below 8 V to stay inside the safe operating area for solid tantalum.
Military temp range and molded construction
This capacitor belongs in avionics power supplies, downhole instrumentation, or engine-bay electronics where standard commercial tantalums would be derated or excluded. The molded case provides mechanical protection and standard reflow compatibility.
