The TPSB476K006H0500 is a 47 µF molded tantalum capacitor from KYOCERA AVX's TPS series, rated at 6.3 V with ±10% tolerance. Its 500 mOhm ESR at 100 kHz makes it suitable for output filtering on low-voltage rails where ripple current and self-heating need to be managed.
Case size and mounting fit
Housed in a 1411 (3528 Metric) B-size case measuring 3.50 mm x 2.80 mm with a seated height of 2.10 mm, it fits standard surface-mount assembly processes. Supplied on Tape & Reel, compatible with automated pick-and-place lines.
