The TPSB335M025R1500 is a molded tantalum capacitor from KYOCERA AVX's TPS series, rated 3.3 µF at 25 V with ±20% tolerance. The 1.5 Ohm ESR keeps ripple heating manageable in a typical 12 V or 5 V rail bypass role, and the -55°C to 125°C range means it holds up through thermal cycling in an engine bay or outdoor cabinet — no cold-start pop.

Footprint and temperature fit
