The TPSB335K035H1000: A 3.3 µF tantalum with 1 Ohm ESR at 35 V — the ESR sets the ripple current ceiling. In a buck converter output filter, that 1 Ohm limits self-heating to about 150 mA RMS before the internal temperature rise starts eating into the 125°C rating. If your load transient demands lower impedance, you'll need to parallel ceramic caps to drop the net ESR below what this single part delivers.
