The TPSB106K016R0800: 10 µF at 16 V with 800 mOhm ESR in the 1411 (3528 Metric) case — this is a standard bulk decoupling cap for a 3.3 V or 5 V rail where the board has limited height. The 16 V rating gives 3× headroom on a 5 V rail, enough margin to survive the startup overshoot without derating the capacitance.
