470 µF capacitance at 6.3 V rated voltage with an 18 mΩ ESR — this is a bulk tantalum built for low-voltage power distribution. The 18 mΩ ESR keeps ripple voltage low on a 3.3 V or 1.8 V rail; a 1 A ripple current produces only 18 mV of ripple across the cap's internal resistance. The ±10% tolerance is tight enough for output filtering where the cap value sets the pole frequency of a regulator's compensation network.
