The TAJX157M010RNJ is a 150 µF molded tantalum capacitor rated at 10 V with a 300 mOhm ESR, built for surface-mount bulk decoupling across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. The 300 mOhm ESR defines the ripple current ceiling — at 125°C ambient the self-heating from ripple must stay below the derating curve, so the actual AC current the cap can handle is lower than the DC rating suggests.
